Dr. Padavil has 22 years of experience in education and has served in various roles, including superintendent for Taylor ISD and principal of multiple schools. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Middle School Education from Illinois State University, a Master of Education in Administration from the University of Texas — Austin, and a Doctor of Education from The University of Texas — Austin.
