2023 Georgetown Bridal Show

About the Show:
The Georgetown Bridal Show provides an intimate environment leading to meaningful connections between the brides and vendors. 
-Average attendance is 125-175 brides annually + 2-3 guests each
-Average of 70% of brides come from Georgetown, with 30% from the surrounding area
-Average of 80 vendors with no more than 15% per industry

Vendor Booth fees:

$425 (Regular Booth)                                                
$475 (Premium Corner Booth - Limited)

General Public Rate: 
$725 (Regular Booth)
$775 (Premium Corner Booth-Limited)   

    * $100 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space. Your remaining balance is due January 20, 2023. In the event the show gets cancelled, your booth fee will be refunded.

What's included in your vendor booth fee:
      -  10 x 10 booth space (There is 7ft black pipe & drape behind the booth and a 4ft divider separating booths.)
      -  Electricity
      -  1 table with linens (cocktail OR rectangular tables) and 2 chairs
      -  Listing in all applicable categories on event website and on flyer given to attendees
      -  Leads list with email addresses during the week following the show.

Next Steps:
Complete the registration and the contract.  
If you are a returning vendor, please reach out to staff before completing your contract.
An invoice will be sent after your contract is received.
