FALL GOLF TOURNAMENT
While our teams may be sold out, you can still join in the fun! This year, we're offering an exciting raffle with 4 amazing vacation offers! The golden ticket raffle is limited to 100 tickets, so your chance of winning is great. Each ticket is $100, and you can pre-purchase your ticket by following the "register" link. Winners do not need to be present to win.
The winner will choose one (1) of the following vacation packages:

Airfare is not included in the vacation packages.
Instructions for our Golf Teams
Thank you for being part of our annual fundraiser! We're excited to provide another fun event for Georgetown businesses.
Arrival
Player check-in is between 11:30am-12:45pm at Cowan Creek Golf Course, 1433 Cool Spring Way, Georgetown. Our registration table will be by the doors leading into the pro shop. Once you’ve checked-in, please enjoy your lunch that’s being provided by Chick-Fil-A. You’ll also be able to bid on silent auction items and practice on the chipping green and driving range. Don’t forget to bring your sunscreen.
Extras for your Golf Game
We will be offering the opportunity to purchase mulligans and/or a toss to increase your score. Pre-purchase those items by clicking the "register" link. Make sure you consider the mulligan/toss super package for only $90. This package includes 2 mulligans per player and 2 tosses per player for a total of 16 extras per team. Individually, they are $25 each. The mulligan allows the player a second chance shot when you hit a poor tee shot without a penalty or extra stroke. The toss allows the player to toss your ball at any point without adding a stroke.
We will also be accepting cash at the event.
Silent Auction/Live Auction/Raffle
Make sure to participate in our silent auction, LIVE auction, and raffle. We have some great gift baskets from some of your favorite local businesses. Our local business gift basket raffle tickets are available at 1 for $5 or 5 for $20. You can purchase them in advance by following the "register" link, and your raffle tickets will be waiting for you at check-in. We will also be accepting cash at the event.
You’ll be able to begin bidding on the silent auction at check-in. The bidding will end during the dinner portion of the event.
Our LIVE auction will be held during dinner, and you will not want to miss this! We will auction away the chance to drive tanks! Yes, real army tanks! Click here to see how awesome these tanks are. But that’s not all we’ll have in the live auction, so come prepared to have some fun and outbid all your friends.
Dinner/Awards
Thank you to HEB for providing our dinner. Food will be served in the pavilion area. As you enjoy their amazing BBQ, we’ll be calculating the scores and announcing the award winners. Keep bidding and enjoy the time!
