Gay Gaddis is the founder of T3, an innovative digital and marketing agency that grew into the largest woman-owned independent agency in the U.S. Gay's most recent announcement is a new leadership development program entitled, Women Who Mean Business, that she is co-teaching at the University of Texas at Austin starting on-campus this Fall.
