The Georgetown Housing Authority (GHA) announces that it is accepting applications for Shady Oaks Apartments at 501 Janis Dr., Georgetown, TX 78628 from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm from the 11th day of each month to the last day of each month.
All prospective applicants must bring their Social Security card and a valid Texas driver’s license, identification card or other form of government issued picture identification.
