About the Quarterly Cornerstone Luncheon
The four cornerstones for a Chamber of Excellence are Healthcare, Public Safety, Economic Development, and Education. Held at the Sheraton, each luncheon features a high-level speaker from outside of Georgetown. This month's luncheon focuses on public safety.

Colonel Jones, Texas Parks & Wildlife
During Jones' 27-year law enforcement career with TPWD, he has served as a field game warden in East Texas, a Sergeant Investigator in the Criminal Investigation Division, a Captain and Major in Internal Affairs, and the Chief of Special Operations.
As TPWD’s Law Enforcement Division director, Col. Jones oversees a force of 551 highly trained state game wardens across Texas and 128 dedicated non-commissioned support staff. Though state game wardens focus primarily on conservation laws, they are fully commissioned peace officers authorized to enforce all state statutes.
